If you want website shortcuts on your desktop read on! make a file with .html extension and right click it then hover over "Open With" then in the new drop down menu click "Text Editor" and copy this (http://weboas.is/paste/nRNcIoboKp) paste then paste the text you just copied into the file you are editing and replace the http://www.weboas.is (http://www.weboas.is) with the website you desire
then save your edit with CTRL + S and exit out of the "Text Editor" and now double clicking it will take you to the url you entered
Note: it requires the protocol (http/https) if you dont put a protocol in it wont work
