Scaling issue on link names description when "Hide Link Menu Icons" is enabled

v1.18.35
Browser: Chromium Version 80.0.3987.116
Problem: When "Hide Link Menu Icons" option is enabled the Names and the Red Popup on the right with link description gets cropped on both sides. This makes some link names with more characters (long name) unreadable and the red description popup hidden (Pictures added). Not a massive "bug", but looks weird that's all.
