An Option To Get Rid Of The 18+ Sites Tab On The Side?

I want to get rid of this tab because I don't like Porn

Just make it a checkbox to enable/disable this tab popping up.
I don't want my mom thinking I'm bookmarking that shit when she tries to look something up on my rig.

Thanks for the workaround.

I still think the suggestion is valid though, normies such as myself would benefit without having to get someone online to bail them out.
