They are trying to tell you what you can and can't use your electricity for? Crazy. If the customer is paying for it, they should be able to use it however they see fit. If the power company isn't making a good enough profit, then just raise the rates. This is absurd.

Plattsburgh is up by Canada FYI also there are Indian Reservations ( I hate saying Native American Reservations ) that are probably doing the mining
